Refund Policy

Digital PDF books

Because digital downloads are delivered instantly and can't be "returned", all sales of digital PDFs are final.

That said — if something's genuinely wrong (the file won't open, pages are missing, you were charged twice, or you bought the wrong book by mistake and haven't downloaded it), email us at contact@dandzstudio.com within 14 days of purchase and we'll make it right — usually with a fix, a replacement, or a full refund.

Paperback books

Paperbacks are sold and shipped by Amazon. Refunds, returns, and replacements for paperbacks are handled through your Amazon order page under Amazon's return policy.

How refunds are processed

Approved digital refunds are issued back to the original payment method through Stripe within 5–10 business days. Once a refund is processed, your download links are deactivated.
